A recent thread on the LUG went like this: Someone said they were shipping,
someone else wrote back and said 'shipping' was too strong a word because
they were not due in stores until (I think) May 1st. Then Markus or Michael
said that EVOC and ES2 *were* shipping for sure, though of course he didn't
specify *where* they were being shipped (e.g. to local German stores only,
or world wide).. So it looks like it should be available pretty soon from
the regular Emgaic distributors.

The people talking about ES2 could be beta testers, or they could be using
version 5.01 or 5.10 of Logic, both of which are not downloadable updates
unfortunately. Most people got 5.00 when they first got the 5.x upgrade, but
a few people did get 5.01 which contains the ES2/EVOC demo (and can be
'activated' once its possible to buy them)... also anyone who bought a Logic
Control was shipped version 5.1 on cd which adds Logic Control support and
'accidentally' fixes a few other problems (that will be fixed in the free
5.2 update everyone can download when it's ready). 5.1 also contains
ES2/EVOC.
