As Hendrick says, the EXS24 and Reason are very different creatures. I've used both. Reason feels like a toy to me. I use it when I want a lo-fi or electronic-type sound, not for my "serious" work. That is to say, while Reason is fun to play with, the EXS fundamentally changed the way I work. On the other hand, EXS24 is not a one-stop solution in the way that Reason is. Reason has the sampler, synth, loop player, effects processor, etc. EXS is just a sampler--a sampler much better than Reason's built in sampler, but a sampler nonetheless. I don't know of any software demo, but there's an MP3 demo on Emagic's product info page: http://www.emagic.de/english/products/instruments/exs24.html. Hope that helps. --- In exs-users@y..., J-Mac! <fingers4u2_98@y...> wrote: > Can anyone tell me if there is a demo version out there for the EXS24?
