I have it from a reliable source that Apple is reconsidering the decision to
pull development for Logic's PC clients. That doesn't mean it's definite,
but it is a possibility. I highly recommend that all of the PC users out
there wait at least until the release of 5.2 before spending a bunch of
money on Cubase. Apple is feeling the backlash of it's early intentions. I
personally believe that the damage to collaborative efforts between PC and
Mac users has a lot to do with this development. Do not jump to Cubase in a
frantic move until you can be certain that Apple is firm on its decision.
The jury is out. I recommend you take this opportunity to contact Apple and
express you opinion on the matter.
