But the truth is that CS is a commercial enterprise like any other business and when you buy something over the counter that claims to do something and you find that it doesnt you dont send them a dozen roses and wish them well for the future. (I dont anyway). I really quite angry about this whole thing but... I also see that CS have promised the new working version tomorrow (see previous posts) and that will surely be a wonderful thing.
