Hi, I really hate to see this forum used for bashing companies that support us...without them...imagine the thousands of hours each of us would have have lost...and the music that wouldn't have been written. Emajic's warranty at the front of all their not updated manuals is just pathetic, just like all the other music software "warranties". Stated simply, it says you have no warranty....... So what if the guy repeatedly emailed you asking for the update you had over optimistically told him he would have. It's your fault not his! Offer him a discount..... If you've got time to respond on this board, THEN MAKE THE TIME TO RESPOND TO HIS AND MY EMAIL AS WELL! I'll be calling you guys. I have to pay for most of my mistakes. I figure you guys should at a minimum offer to refund part of this guys money and part of mine.
