Interesting conundrum. Emagic/Apple really have to get on his case, and get
him to admit publicly in the next issue that he was using a crack, if he
was,  because otherwise many people will assume that if someone as high
profile as him says a certain software is faulty, then it is.

On the other hand, I believe there were a few situations where a legal copy
could have tuning problems also...
