If you've got the budget, I would suggest the following:

Garritan Orchestral Strings
Quantum Leap Brass
SAM Horns (just French Horns, but mon dieu, what horns!)
Dan Dean Woodwinds
London Orchestral Percussion

Which Piano? I use the Wizoo grand for EXS - cheaper than The Grand, and 
less taxing on the cpu.

Oh, and of course, you're going to need a choir: Voices of the Apocalypse, 
I suppose... ;-)
