How much RAM do you have assigned to logic? On your system, I'd set it to at least 750MB, which is good for pushing your VST DSP as well. Personally, I'd set it to at least 900MB. Emagic doesn't suggest a ton of RAM as far as I know. But in my experience it helps. Additionally, many 3rd party developers recommend the 2/3 rule (allocated 2/3 of your total available RAM). Some people may disagree with me on this. Just my personal opinion. If that's not the source of the problem, dunno... -Jer > From: "stevensugar" <stevensugar@...> > Reply-To: exs-users@yahoogroups.com > Date: Mon, 02 Dec 2002 22:44:50 -0000 > To: exs-users@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [exs] white dialogue boxes since EXS24 MKII?! > > Hi, > > anybody who experienced white dialogue boxes or other white > windows after working with the new EXS24 MKII instruments > editor? > > During editing zones or samples in the instrument editor > dialogue and other windows turn white frequently and set the > system in very unstable condition - the system crashes within a > small number of mouseclicks. > > Funny enough, the functions of the - now white - dialog boxes are > still there.
