Well, you can at least use the ADSR offset function of the groups.
I agree that it might be nice having such a functionality straight for
individual zones as well - whenever you're using a group for something else
(i.e. exclusive groups such as hihats) this functionality is lost unless you
want to apply some ADSR offset to all zones.
It *might* eventually be cool to have some completely independent ADSRs for
zones and groups as well - but this surely will tax your CPU quite a bit
more (can be seen in HALion and Kontakt).
One of the advances of the EXS IMO is the straightforward simplyness of the
editor (don't get me wrong, I am the first asking for some more or less
massive improvements, epecially when it comes to graphical editing), all
routings and such are easy to see. This ain't the case with either HALion or
Kontakt.
