EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Does anyone know any free/cheap software that puts To a ROOTKEY to a 
sample? Best would be a tool the gives several possibilities of 
getting the key (like out of the filename or of the tuning). The 
second way doesn´t work with electronic synthsounds, as they often 
have several detuned waves in the sound.
