Does anyone know any free/cheap software that puts To a ROOTKEY to a sample? Best would be a tool the gives several possibilities of getting the key (like out of the filename or of the tuning). The second way doesn´t work with electronic synthsounds, as they often have several detuned waves in the sound. Thanks Dirk

This may not help, but in the EXS24 preferences, you can do bulk sample imports with root keys and positions dictated by file name if you want to. -Jer

No worries. It was a while before I found it too. There a lot of functions hidden in the editor that you won't know about unless you open it and dig through the file menus. -Jer
