For the record, this is no SF but a plain SF2 file. It's just that it's
somewhat hidden in the zip, along with some .ea2 files (setup files for the
SBLive, adjusting reverb and the likes). Plus, it's packed in some .sfpack
archive as well (sfpack is a free packer/unpacker for SF2, don't know if it
will run on VirtualPC).
However, I converted the file:

(you need to do the "save target as" thing, sorry for the temporary server
hassle, was the best free one I found).
Lots of EXS patches inside the file, pretty much questionable ones too...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
