I noticed that on quite some converted SF2, but as it doesn't happen on all conversions I'm not sure about whom to blame. Maybe I should reinstall that BS-1 soundfont player (VSTi) demo to have a better chance of comparing. Btw, I can highly recommend getting that one to save you from unnecessary conversions. Even if the demo is polyphony/beep limitated it will usually give you an impression whether a soundfont is worth it at all, without going through the tedious process of cleaning up all the sample mess the EXS puts out on any sort of conversions... Here's the URL: http://homepage.mac.com/bismark/bs-1/readme_english.html (make sure to switch of its filter when testing, filter settings won't be transferred to the EXS anyways) Sascha
