Where are the velocity ranges for Zones? (Windows version)

The manual mentions velocity ranges for zones, but I don't see them.  
I see them for Groups, but not having them for zones is a pretty 
major flaw.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
