no offense taken and none intended

but, you are the one being pfff....

please don't even think about trying to move this subject to a new bright
and shiny EXS-OT list. This legal stuff is right on topic, for professional
users anyway... I'm sure the amatures can just sit around copying everything
all willy nilly and pell mell to use on their little home recordings and no
one cares... for Pros, it is very important to understand this so we don't
get sued, and this is a great forum for that since we would get sued by
using the EXS too well!!!

reminds me of a friend who can't keep a cell phone for more than 3 months.
Every time the company shuts it off... I ask him, "what happened" he says,
"I used the cell phone too well so they took it away from me"... only thing
is, he forgot to pay the bill.
