MBCamp,
SAM Horns are great, no doubt, but they have little to do with R n' B!!!
They're French Horns, and are aimed at orchestral writing.
Shane,
Quantum Leap Brass, on the other hand, features many more brass
instruments, and many articulations. No licks there however, only single
hits. I own Killer Horns 1 and it is quite good. It's a mixed cd-rom,
however, meaning that part of the material is audio only and part is AKAI,
which makes things a little confusing. It's a good deal for the buck and
the sound is good, although the collection is quite a bit old now. This
translates into pretty short samples. Memphis Horns may be your best bet.
