I think there's very few free REX2 downloads. Kalava once had a few but they
seem to be gone.
I can only recommend purchasing ReCycle and do your own loops. With the EXS
(and Logic) supporting REX2 I can guarantee for hours of fun. And hey, while
there's not much free REX loops, there's tons of free "plain" loops waiting
to be recycled.
I don't know about THAT much commercial REX libraries either, but I'm not
sure about that as I prefer to do the recycling job myself.

On the other hand, you could allways try out pHATmatik Pro - but if you
followed the recent thread you may not be after it too much (don't get me
wrong, I still like it).
