If you have a multi I/O audio interface, try physically plugging some of the outs to the ins. That way in Logic you can assign the output of a bus to an output that corresponds with a live input set to receive from the physical inputs reciving those outs. That way you can assign a heavy reveerb plugin for example to the live inoput. And "send" to the above mentioned bus in order to utilize it.
