EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Depending on what you need to accomplish, you could always sample and 
assemble your banks on your OS X box in EXS24.  Then, if you needed to 
play those samples on the PC, you could buy the EXSP24.  The EXSP24 only 
  PLAYS samples back.  But it's a VSTi, so it should be compatible with 
just about everything you'd want to use it in on the PC.

The only problem is that with Logic 5.5 eMagic wrote some new features 
into the EXS24 and called it the EXS24 mkII.  I'm not sure sure if the 
EXSP24 was ever updated to support the new features of the EXS24 mkII. 
If it wasn't, you'd have to give up some functionality of the EXS24 mkII 
and save files in an EXS24 mkI format.
