You lost me---did you leave the "DNS-Giga Samples" folder in the Logic 
folder intact, and leave the alias to the converted instrument in that 
folder as well?  I haven't tried that.

Did they convert directly into new folders on the audio drive, bypassing 
the "DNS-Giga Samples" directory in the Logic folder altogether? If so, 
that's strange---maybe the Project Manager is the key. I really need to 
install 6.0!
