Have a look in the PM under your EXS24 instruments: if there is a red
triangle in front of the instruments (or some of them), it means that Logic
doesn¹t have a reference to the samples. Choose Œfind unresolved files of
selected items¹ under the function menu. Once this is done, the Instruments
should have black triangles in front of them & should load fast.

P.S: let me know whether this worked for you please. I tried it on my
computer & it worked, but I¹m still looking for other people who did it, to
see whether it really works, or whether I was just damn lucky ;-))

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
