Hello Jos!
Put your .exs files in the sampler instrument folder to make it work.

Hi! I too, have been having trouble getting my ESX to read samples, and yes
I HAVE put the files in the sample instrument folder. It just won't find
them either directly off the CD or when I copy them onto my hard drive. I'm
on OS 9.1 on a Mac. When I looked up under the Emagic website help section
it says one possible problem could be with the extension attaached to the
DVD/CD rom drive on your computer. It says to use extension 1.3.9 that comes
with Mac OS 9.0.4 NOT version 1.4.0 that is installed by Mac 9.1. How do I
go about checking this out? ( I can find the extension in the systems folder
but it doesn't give a number after it) I still think it's another problem as
it won't read off my SCSI drive CD burner either.
anyone got any clues????
Regards , Gosh girl
