One thing you could do is to trash you Logic app, and put a "clean" one 
on. I have found that sometimes Logic has gotten corrupted, and trashed 
all app, prefs, anything Logic, and reinstalled for my CD again. It has 
been known to help, and doesn't take too much time. One thing, when you 
remove your Logic prefs file, just place it on the desktop. It has all 
your key command in it, and when you make you "clean" version, you can 
reload these..
