Actually, I don't think this bug is tied to Project Manager; it's been present for a long time (before PM was introduced) - you have to make a copy of the instrument before editing if you want to avoid this hassle.. > This .. completely inhibits a user when editing instruments. Yes, especially if you just want to experiment a bit with settings, it is a nuisance..
