Your're using a PC, aren't you??

I had this problem and the source of the problem was my "you beaut"
DSP sound card.

Go to the web site for your sound card (or the national distributor
for it - they're usually more
honest about problems) and check the support FAQs.

If you've got the DSP sound card (by ST audio) look at www.sound-
music.com.au

The other source of yr problem could be trashy samples. I've bought
some really
schiesenhausen sample disks that have cracks & pops on the ends of
the sample waves.
To check if this is the case, go into the EXS editor, open a zone,
click on "E" in the loop
section and examine the waveform. If it is a crappy sample, you'll
see the crack in the wave.
If it is clean, then the problem is your sound card.

Hope this helps

Regards
Longy

PS: Get OSX on Mac - you won;t look back ;-)
