Emagic is working hard on fixes - if you have followed the forum and
the LUG then you should know...

Why? Because they are currently updating the EXS24? Sorry, but this is
stupid. Emagic know exactly what the problems are. Please compare the EXS24
with other software and you\ufffdll see that none has *no* bugs (just read an
article in German keyboards about a new Roland USB mixer bundled with
a softsynth and Cubase. If you wanna know what *real* bugs are, then I can
send you the report! And believe me, it\ufffds much more expensive than the
EXS24 - not to get me wrong: This is no excuse, but simply how things are!

Not true. Some AKAI CDs work, some don\ufffdt. That\ufffds the fact (after having
converted more than 50 CDs already). Sorry if you have those who don\ufffdt work.

Demanding money back will make them fix it *immediately*? Oh, come on.
Give them at least the necessary time to fix it.

Oh, you seem to know them very well, don\ufffdt you? I\ufffdd love to have detailed
infos on how many of them are driving Mercedes and how many BWM - and of
course which type.

Possible that your shouting makes it better? Or is just that your uppcase key
is stuck? Oh, then you should immediately contact the manufacturer and let him
fix this - or ask your money back :-)
