That is the point I want you to come.

Also a Power book is not a computer to make symphonic pieces of music with
many tracks ; That was clearly pointed to me by Apple France when I bought
my Wall Street a few years ago
A technician from Apple told me ³you should never have bought this computer
to make music, use a desktop, I bought a 400 MHZ G4 it was a dream !. (it¹s
a question of disk, bus ..... WHAT SO EVER ;;;; I don¹t know much about
hardware inside the PB)

With a 324 PCI interface with Motu 2408+24i+1296 ; I have manage to record
the 54 ins with no problems on a G4 533 MP using internal ATA disk, I doubt
you can do this on a series of FW interfaces !
