Uhm, of course you're entitled to your opinion, but isn't it going a bit far to discard an otherwise wonderful upgrade because of a cosmetic problem? It's not as if the audio engine is broken or anything, right? And of course the window-issue is stupid and should be fixed, but I can't imagine it being a real show-stopper. After all, you can always use screensets instead of minimizing windows, can't you? >emagic does not seem fix this as it is a way to push people towards x fast.
