Dear Ned,

Great idea.  You deserve a lot of credit for taking time out of your
schedule to do this.  I just had a 2 hour meeting with ASCAP, one of
America's PRO's, about this and other things.  I will be teaching a
seminar in the winter about What it takes to succeed in music.  

Thank you for all the help you have been to me and answering my
questions.
