seems like a bug

seems like a bug

ok, I have a drum loop that I want to play till its end when
triggered, but I want it to stop wherever it is in its playback if it
is triggered again... To accomplish this, I set the instrument in
mono mode and with only 1 voice allocated to it and activated "one
shot" in the zone for the sample....

one shot should make it play till the end and making it mono should
cut off previous noted when new ones are played... what happens is
that new notes DO NOT cut off previous ones and the sample layers on
top of itself, OBVIOUSLY taking up multiple voices EVEN THOUGH MONO
IS ENGAGED. It seems like "one shot" invalidates the "mono"
designation.....

If anyone can think of a work around, let me know.....
