No, you CAN upgrade. I did it through Sound Technology in the UK for 
£99.

When did you do this? Emagic's way of doing business has changed since they
got bought by Apple... In any event I sent Wesley some private emails, he
may be able to do this but Apple and EmagicUSA can't figure out how now...
I'm looking into it further

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
