EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I have just bought the EXS24 Mk II plugin for my LAP system. Every 
time I load it, and attempt to load a sample set into it (from the 
harddisk) I get the little hourglass icon appear and the software 
stops responding.
WHATS GOING ON!?!?!? Please help me, its stupidly expensive software 
and I want the bleedin' thing working! I had the same problem with 
the EXSP24 when I was using the big box setup. 

Please help.
