Play a pattern on your kit.

Open the exs24 and then hit edit.

Click on the bass drum for example.

Click on the sample - a window will open showing your drive. If all your
bass drums are in a folder and you click the box that says auto-exchange,
logic will substitute the new sound for the old sound, here you can zap
through available sounds with the pattern playing .
That should help you I think,

Sounds good, I think I'll try that.  The drums being in one folder 
is no problem, as most of my drums are separated into categories 
such as Snares, hats and so on.  Thanks for the info, hopefully it 
will be what I need for now.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
