Hey buddy, there's your problem: Digital Performer does not support VST 
plugins, and the OS9 EXSP25 is a VST plugin.  You either need Audioease VST 
wrapper or Cycling 74's Pluggo (both of which will allow you to run a VST 
plugin within Digital Performer) or you need to switch to Logic (the OS9 
version does support VST plugins), or you need to switch to OSX (in which 
the EXSP24 is an Audio unit rather than VST, and both Logic and Digital 
Performer for OSX supports Audio Units.

Thanks Paul,

On first blush that's a reasonable assumption, but I do have the 
latest VST Wrapper (mentioned in my much earlier posts), and it 
works fine with Atmosphere and EVP73. Peter Baker at Audio 
Ease has DP3-EXSP24-OS9.2.2 running fine. It must be 
something in my system that's conflicting with EXSP24. 
I guess I'll have do the dreaded OS reinstall....
