EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

MAC OSX 10.2.8 Using Logic 6.3.1 Big box. EXSP24 cant find any
instruments although they are in the correct folders and in the logic
folder. Is there an update that needs to be used or do I have to run
some project manager routine that I have read about  in this user
group? Some help would be gratefully appreciated as this problem is
taking to many breathing hours away.. 

PS EXSP24 is in mutli channel mode.
