Nope, Logic also has song specific instruments. Just create a
"Sampler Instruments" folder inside the song folder, and any
instruments in there will show up in the EXS menu. Save your
samples into a "Samples" folder in the song folder as well, and
all you need to do is archive the song folder and you'll have
everything you need.

The EXS editor also has options to copy or move instruments
and/or samples to different places if you want to move some
existing library instruments into song folders.

Also check what the manual and online help has to say about these
functions.
