I'm afraid there isn't. Seems as if CDxtract isn't supporting those as input
formats.
A shame, really, especially since both Kontakt and HALion do import EXS
files relatively fine.

The sample convert program "Translator" is able to convert Halion 
program files (not banks) into exs24 format, so far only the pc version 
of translator will do it  but there will be an update of the mac 
version (by the end of this month (May), with the Halion convert.

Matt, I'm sure you found in EXS that you just put the .gig file in your 
Sample Instruments folder (or the equivalent).

Translator (win version only) converts HALion (all versions) to EXS (all 
versions). No word on Kontakt support yet. www.chickensys.com/translator It 
converts Giga as well, on it's Mac and PC versions.

Remember that you can't convert Kontakt Player instruments, such as GPO and 
EastWests stuff. Just regular Kontakt material (if it's supported by the 
convertor).
