Mach5-vs-EXSP

Mach5-vs-EXSP

2004-07-02 by phillymaestro

I'm interested in getting many opinions as to which software sampler to invest in andrest
my Logic Audio Pro hat on. Mach5 or EXSP? I'd appreciate any 1 out there who will answer
the following 7 questions below and also provide me with any additional info that u feel
may be relevant and worthy of consideration.

1. Which 1 has "ROCK SOLID", reliable performance with LOgic Audio Pro?

2. Which has the best polphony?

3. Which1 crashes least?

4. Which 1 has the best continued, regular updates and improvements?

5. Which 1 comes with the best tech support?

6. Which 1 has the best user interface?

7. Which 1 is easiest to learn & use.

Thanks,
Maestro :)

My answer to all but the first question, which I don't know (other
than that EXS is rock solid and very efficient at disk streaming and
processor use), is who frakking cares?

You already own EXS. If you need to run libraries that only Mach5 can
run or do things only it can do, get it. EXS is great, but it's
relatively simple.
