There's a keycommand called "backup all used and active instruments of
current song" which will just do that.
Stupididly this function is only available as a keycommand - I mean, you
surely don't use that KC on a minute-to-minute base, and that's what KCs are
for.
Project manager should do this as well, but as I haven't touched it yet
(only occasion I'm working on a Mac is at the uni) I wouldn't know.

Hi there, personally I would reccomend using the 'save as project option' when you do this 
all of the audio, sampler instruments and samples are saved within the same folded as the 
song. This function is really easy to use making file management and file transfer 
seamless and easy.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
