Which format converts best via CDXtract?

Couldn't find this in the archives, so here goes (sorry if it's been discussed before): If I'm going to use CDXtract for conversion, which original format translates better? Specifically.... Giga, or Akai 5000/6000? Or...is there a better format to choose? Thanks. Roland
