EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I hear there's an instrument limit with EXs24.   Today I finally converted 
every giga library I own to EXs24 and around alphabetic 'S' (half way through 
Skippys noise box)   EXS24 stops loading.     I KNOW the cooresponding .wav 
files are all there but it won't load.   Does anyone know what the limit is and 
does anyone have workarounds?
