EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I'm very new to software synths/samplers, so please bear with 
me. . .I'm also one of the countless who received EXS24 with a 
manual in German (FYI--call the Emagic sales dept. and they'll 
send you an English--language version gratis--I'm waiting on 
mine), so I'm up a creek for the present.

I've got everything completed--the samples, etc. are working 
nicely, all of the notes are in place, and everything sounds great.  
Now, how do I make an .aif file of the result?  How do I create an 
audio file of this?  I can't just bounce it to disk--or can I?  Please 
help--I'm working under a deadline for a client.
