I have an upright Yamaha sampled that has been "tacked", not exactly 
what your'e after but a very interesting and colourful piano

A piano wich every hammer as been modified by adding a thumbtack. Gives a
very aggressive metalic attack to it.
Listen to Beatles track ³obladi oblada² for a good exemple of this. Btw, the
abbey road tack piano as been sampled and is for sale for a cheap price ,
and I believe it comes in EXS 24 format. I have it and it s simply great.
You won t play Chopin s Nocturne with it, but if you need to go off the
beaten path, great alternative.

I meant a tack piano.

Tacks (aka drawing pins) are put in the felt bit of the hammers to get a 
"honky tonk" sound. I guess it was originally done in bars to make 
enable the piano to compete with the shouting, screaming, gunshots, 
vomiting and general good times.
