EXS Tutorial - Loops and stuff

Sorry for the boring post but I've been using the EXS with instruments for a year now which is great but I'm just starting to get into the loop side of things and I'm finding it quite tricky using the EDIT Page. Are there any good tutorials on this as I'm finding the manual a bit sparse! Thanks Tim
