EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

After many years of using EXS24 under Logic 4.8, I just purchased a copy of Logic 6 for OS 
X that contains EXSP24. I'm finding that the Akai disk converter isn't working. Under OS 9, 
I remember having to install an older extension to get the converter to work, but assumed 
that this would have been fixed in OS X. The disk just doesn't show up when I open up the 
Instrument editor and click on Akai convert. Is there something else I need to do?

I'm not sure the EXSP24 can convert AKAI discs. Since it's the player 
only,
isn't that one of it's limitations?

Apparently you're right, as I've been trying unsuccessfully to do so since I first posted. I 
couldn't convert, either, in the demo version of EXS24 Mk II that comes with the program. 
Oh, well...
