Micke,

Address Michiel Post publicly in the following forum:

http://www.northernsounds.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=16

Maybe that will get his attention.

Why not just take out a full-page ad in a major newspaper dissing
him? Or threaten to post Photoshopped images with his head
superimposed over someone having sex with a sheep? Or post
unsubstantiated rumors that he's an ax murderer?

The thing is, Nick...it's not much fun to pay for something and assume it's
gonna work and then find it doesn't...I'm a peace-loving man but I do
believe that people should be prepared to shoulder some responsibility, ie
if you put out a product; make damn sure it works before you start charging
people for it.

Best,
Micke

Nick,

You've misread my intent.

I simply thought that posting in a public forum that Michiel was known
to frequent would get his attention, and perhaps hold him accountable.
It also gives other users an opportunity to share their experiences
and help try to solve the problem. It was not my attention to "string
the guy up" or malign him in any way.

Regards,
-Mark

Fair enough, my bad - the tar and feathers smell was my imagination.
I happen to know that he's been out of town, though, so there's a
reason he hasn't been answering tech support emails.
