I've sent mail to Michel Post and have not gotten any reply...I'm up sh-t 
creek here...I'm starting to feel ripped off...This, to me, is NOT good.

Yes, it seems that Michiel Post's support is not up to scratch  
unfortunately. There are also stereo imaging problems with the Old  
Lady. I have written several times to Michiel about this and gotten  
no reply. Shame because word does get around on the net and customer  
support is important to a lot of people when they make a decision  
about a product which is not unique.

I hope he hears about this and does something about it.
Let me know how it goes.

I've gone back to using previous versions of the EXS instruments until 
this is fixed. It's unusable right now.

I appreciate your frustration. I too have had
difficulty reaching Michiel but I must say he
eventually does come through and is very gracious when
he does.  JP
