First of all, I want to apologize to everyone for not having noticed
this earlier. I was away from Friday till Today, and only looked at
the group for the first time in three days. I think this might serve
to indicate to everyone here that the EXS group is not n anyway
moderated like the LUG is ....

I honsestly don't know exactly whaz it is that caused Sascha to want
to make this decision, which I very deeply regret and ask him to re-
consider. To give an indication of just how much I personally have
valued his presence over the years both here and on the LUG, the
folder in which I store all my tips and hints, taken from many
members of the LUG, EXS and Soundiver lists, is called "Sascha".

FIrst I would say Sascha, please don't take any decision until we
can speak privately. I also want Jeremy to be aware of this (just in
case anyone doesn't know, Jeremy Martin is the main LUG and EXS owner
and Administrator. Although there are 5 LUG Admins, Jeremy and I are
the only ones looking out for the LUG, Sounddiver and OT lists.

Sascah, I am in a slight rush now, but I will get back to you
privately later today. I would also really welcome if you want to let
me know anything privately, but first of all, hang around at least
for a bit until we can sort out whatever happened.

with kind regards

Mark Cahill

Thanks Mark -- and Jeremy. Classy, as always.

Actually, I think we should one day organize a kind of LUG/EXS
Live-Aid like concert: "Moderator-Aid" or something :).

Hi HJ

thanks for the flowers :). As you will no doubt have read, happily it all seems to be sorted
out now.

Well, that sounds great. Actually, Sascha, yourself and myself, and I am sure quite a few
other list members, don't live soooo very far apart from each other (like, on the same
continent!), so we have in theory at least, a guitarist, keyboard player and drummer
respectively .... I better not suggest someone to trigger samples, there could be a
stampede ;-).

kind regards

Mark
