The White Grand loaded fine here but the White Sister
is having the same noise problem you describe. I tried
converting the wav files to aiff as suggested but I
also ran into the same problem that was predicted. EXS
is now looking for wav files. 
Any way to apprise EXS of the reference change? After
days of messing with it I'd love to hear this piano.
