Translator can do this - www.chickensys.com; it's OSX universal 
binary and there is a EXS24 Edition that sells for $80.

The Pro version can convert into any format; Kontakt, Structure, etc. 
and soon it'll convert to Kurzweil (they're are finally getting it done).

Take a look at Chicken Systems...they've been on the cusp of great
converters for some time and you can either get the uhber convert
everything program or convert one format to the other program.
